1. Scope and Provider

(1) These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC" or "AGB") apply to all orders placed via the online shop Littlepapernerds.

(2) The online shop is operated by:

(3) These GTC apply exclusively. Deviating conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless expressly agreed to in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking the "Buy now" or equivalent button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.

(3) The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order by order confirmation email or by dispatching the goods.

3. Products and Availability

(1) All products offered are stationery and related paper goods, unless otherwise stated.

(2) If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed immediately. Any payment already made will be refunded without delay.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

(1) All prices listed in the online shop are final prices and include statutory VAT, where applicable.

(2) Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process and are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment

(1) The following payment methods are available, depending on selection during checkout:

• Credit Card / Debit Card

• PayPal

• Bank Transfer

• Other methods offered in the shop

(2) Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery

(1) Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

(2) Delivery times stated in the shop are estimates unless expressly stated as binding.

(3) If the customer is a consumer, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only upon receipt of the goods.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.

(2) The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer receives the goods.

(3) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller by a clear statement (e.g. email).

(4) Consequences of withdrawal:

• All payments received will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice.

• The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

(5) The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Littlepapernerds until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty and Liability

(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) The seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

(3) In cases of slight negligence, the seller is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further information can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory consumer protection laws of another country apply.

(2) If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the seller.

12. Final Provisions

(1) Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

(2) Amendments or supplements to these GTC must be made in writing.
